Ingredients
- 1L fish broth
- 150g rice noodles
- 200g shrimp
- 1 onion
- 30g ginger
- 10g fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Bring fish broth to a boil and add onion and ginger.
- 2. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 3. Cook shrimp in the broth.
- 4. Place rice noodles in bowls and pour broth with shrimp on top.
- 5. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
