Ingredients
- 200g shrimps
- 150g rice noodles
- 1L fish broth
- 1 onion
- 20g ginger
- 10g coriander
Instructions
- 1. Bring the fish broth to a boil.
- 2. Add onion and ginger, simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3. Add shrimp and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 5. Place noodles in bowls and pour broth over.
- 6. Garnish with fresh coriander.
