Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken breast
- 1 l Chicken broth
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 200 g Ramen noodles
- 2 Green onions
- 2 Nori sheets
- 2 Shallots
- 2 Egg (soft-boiled)
Instructions
- 1. Cook chicken breast in chicken broth until done.
- 2. Strain the chicken broth and season with soy sauce.
- 3. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- 4. Fill bowls with broth, add noodles.
- 5. Garnish with green onions, shallots, nori, and an egg.
