Ingredients
- 200g Chickpea flour
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück (2 cm) Ginger
- 1.5 EL Berbere spice mix
- 500ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in a pot over medium heat until golden brown.
- 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add Berbere spice, mix well and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- 4. Stir in chickpea flour and deglaze with water.
- 5. Let boil until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
