Ingredients
- 200g Chickpea Flour
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 cm Ginger
- 2 EL Berbere Spice
- 400ml Water
- 2 EL Oil
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in oil until tender.
- 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add berbere and mix well.
- 4. Slowly sprinkle in chickpea flour and stir in water.
- 5. Simmer for 20 minutes until thickened.
