🍲 Shiro (Chickpea Stew)

Ingredients
- 150 g chickpea flour
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 EL berbere spice mix
- 1 EL tomato paste
- 600 ml water
- 2 EL oil
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté in oil.
- 2. Add tomato paste and berbere spice mix, sauté briefly.
- 3. Stir in chickpea flour and roast for 5 minutes.
- 4. Add water and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 5. Adjust with salt and serve.
