Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken breast
- 1 l Chicken broth
- 1 TL Sea salt
- 200 g Ramen noodles
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green onions
- 100 g Bamboo shoots
- 2 Egg (soft-boiled)
Instructions
- 1. Cook chicken breast in chicken broth until done.
- 2. Season chicken broth with sea salt.
- 3. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- 4. Fill bowls with broth, add noodles.
- 5. Garnish with green onions, bamboo shoots, and an egg.
