  1. 1. Peel, dice potatoes and boil in salted water.
  2. 2. Dice onion and carrots and sauté in a pan.
  3. 3. Add lamb minced meat and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Add peas and broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Drain cooked potatoes and mash with butter and milk.
  6. 6. Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
  7. 7. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
