🥗 Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
- 300 g Lamb minced meat
- 400 g Potatoes
- 100 g Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Peas
- 200 ml Broth
- 50 g Butter
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel, dice potatoes and boil in salted water.
- 2. Dice onion and carrots and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add lamb minced meat and cook until browned.
- 4. Add peas and broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5. Drain cooked potatoes and mash with butter and milk.
- 6. Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
- 7. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
