🥗 Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
- 300g Ground lamb
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 100g Peas
- 400g Potatoes
- 50g Butter
- 100ml Milk
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel, cook and mash potatoes.
- 2. Finely chop onion and carrot, sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add ground lamb, cook until browned.
- 4. Stir in peas, season, and transfer to a baking dish.
- 5. Spread mash on top and bake at 200°C until golden.
