Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 150 g Yogurt
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück bell pepper
- 2 Stück Pita bread
- 100 g Lettuce
- 1 Stück Lemon
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with olive oil, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Fry the marinated chicken strips in a pan over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- 3. While the chicken is frying, cut the paprika into small pieces and wash and chop the lettuce.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Warm the pita bread briefly in the oven or in a pan.
- 6. Place the fried chicken on the pita bread, top with paprika and lettuce, and drizzle yogurt sauce on top.
- 7. Wrap in pita bread and serve.
