  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces and add them to the pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the canned tomatoes, cumin, and paprika. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Make small wells in the tomato mixture using a spoon and crack the eggs into them. Cook for 5 minutes until the eggs are set.
  6. 6. Crumble the feta over the shakshuka and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. 7. Serve the shakshuka immediately with fresh bread.
