🍳 Feta Shakshuka

Ingredients
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 garlic clove
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 TL cumin
- 1 TL paprika powder
- einige Zweige fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 2. Chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces and add them to the pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- 4. Add the canned tomatoes, cumin, and paprika. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5. Make small wells in the tomato mixture using a spoon and crack the eggs into them. Cook for 5 minutes until the eggs are set.
- 6. Crumble the feta over the shakshuka and garnish with fresh parsley.
- 7. Serve the shakshuka immediately with fresh bread.
