Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 500 g Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Paprika
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
- 2. Add bell pepper and sauté further.
- 3. Add tomatoes, cumin, and paprika.
- 4. Crack eggs onto the tomato mixture.
- 5. Cover and cook until eggs are done.
