Ingredients
- 150g rice flour
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 EL sugar
- 1 Prise salt
- 100ml water
- 2 banana leaves
Instructions
- 1. Combine rice flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add coconut milk and water, and mix well.
- 3. Steam mixture on banana leaves in a steamer until firm.
- 4. Serve warm and enjoy.
- 5. Garnish with syrup of choice.
