Ingredients
- 200 g Bread
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Stück Eggs
- 50 g Flour
- 1 Prise Nutmeg
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 Stück Onion
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bread into small pieces and soak in milk.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter.
- 3. Mix the soaked bread with egg, flour, and nutmeg.
- 4. Form into balls and place in boiling water, cook for 10 minutes.
- 5. Sauté mushrooms and deglaze with cream.
- 6. Serve the dumplings with the sauce.
