Ingredients
- 400g lamb
- 1 onion
- 3 Zehen garlic
- 30g cilantro
- 200ml beer
- 1 tomato
- 1 carrot
- nach Geschmack salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut lamb into cubes and brown.
- 2. Chop onion, garlic, and carrot, and add them.
- 3. Add beer and diced tomato.
- 4. Roughly chop cilantro and add.
- 5. Season with salt and simmer for 90 minutes.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
