🍤 Northern Sea Salad with Dill and Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp (peeled)
- 150 g Cucumber
- 50 g Red onion
- 15 g Fresh dill
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 30 g Light mayonnaise
- 5 g Mustard
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g White pepper
Instructions
- 1. Fry the shrimp in a hot pan with a little oil for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from the pan and let them cool down. Timer: 4
- 2. Cut the cucumber into thin strips or cubes. Slice the red onion into very thin rings and dip them briefly in cold water to reduce sharpness. Timer: 0
- 3. Combine the cooled shrimp, cucumber, onion rings, and chopped dill in a large bowl. Timer: 0
- 4. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, juice of half a lemon, olive oil, salt, and white pepper in a small bowl to make the dressing. Timer: 0
