Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 100g Baby spinach
- 100g Feta cheese
- 1 EL Olive oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Crack eggs into a bowl and season.
- 2. Add spinach and crumbled feta, mix well.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan.
- 4. Add egg mixture and gently stir, cook on low heat.
- 5. Stir occasionally until eggs are set.
- 6. Serve warm.
