Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 onions
- 50 g butter
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil potatoes, let cool, and peel.
- 2. Mix grated potatoes and onions.
- 3. Fry in a pan with butter until golden brown.
- 4. Cut rösti into pieces.
- 5. Serve and enjoy!
