🥗 Swiss Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
- 200 g Gruyère cheese
- 200 g Emmental cheese
- 200 ml White wine
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 1 EL Cornstarch
- 300 g Bread
Instructions
- 1. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the fondue pot with it.
- 2. Mix cheese cubes with cornstarch and lemon juice.
- 3. Heat the white wine in the fondue pot.
- 4. Gradually stir in the cheese-cornstarch mix until melted and creamy.
- 5. Serve in small bowls with bread.
