Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 Stück Onion
- 3 EL Vinegar
- 4 EL Oil
- 1 TL Mustard
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 Bund Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cook potatoes, peel and dice them.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and add it to the potatoes.
- 3. Mix vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Pour the vinaigrette over the potatoes and mix well.
- 5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
