🍲 Swiss Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 2 Stück Carrots
- 2 Stück Potatoes
- 1 Stück zucchini
- 1 Stück Onion
- 800 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 Bund Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Chop vegetables into small pieces.
- 2. Sauté onion in a large pot.
- 3. Add the remaining vegetables and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add vegetable broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper, serve.
