Ingredients
- 3 Stück Apples
- 1 Rolle Puff pastry
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 50 g Raisins
- 50 g Walnuts
- 1 Stück Egg yolk
- 1 EL Milk
Instructions
- 1. Peel apples and cut into small cubes.
- 2. Add sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts, and mix well.
- 3. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the apple mixture on top.
- 4. Roll up and place on a baking sheet.
- 5. Brush with egg and milk, bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Let cool and serve.
