🍖 Pork with Plum Sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g Pork
- 4 EL Plum sauce
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Ginger
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 EL Oil
- 1 Green pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the pork into thin strips.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic and ginger.
- 3. Add meat and fry until cooked through.
- 4. Add plum sauce and broth.
- 5. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.
