🍲 Pork Kimchi Stew

Ingredients
- 200 g Pork Belly
- 150 g kimchi
- 500 ml Water
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 EL Chili Paste
- 2 Stk. Spring Onion
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cut pork belly into pieces.
- 2. Brown the meat in a pot until colored.
- 3. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add water and kimchi, simmer for 20 minutes.
- 5. Stir in chili paste and soy sauce.
- 6. Add spring onions and serve.
