Ingredients
- 200 g Dan Dan noodles
- 150 g Ground pork
- 3 EL Soy sauce
- 1 TL Chili flakes
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück (ca. 1 cm) Ginger
- 2 Spring onions
Instructions
- 1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Sauté ground pork with garlic and ginger.
- 3. Stir in soy sauce and chili flakes.
- 4. Add cooked noodles and mix well.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
