🍝 Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
- 200 g Chow Mein noodles
- 150 g Pork
- 4 EL Soy sauce
- 100 g Snow peas
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Sesame oil
- 1 Stück (ca. 1 cm) Ginger
Instructions
- 1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Slice the pork into strips.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic.
- 4. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked through.
- 5. Add vegetables and stir-fry briefly.
- 6. Add the noodles and soy sauce, mix well.
