🍖 Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Crust

Ingredients
- 400 g pork tenderloin
- 2 EL mustard
- 1 EL honey
- 1 TL rosemary
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2. Rub the pork tenderloin with mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Sear in a pan and then roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
- 4. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- 5. Slice and serve.
