🍖 Bavarian Roast Pork

Ingredients
- 600 g Pork roast (shoulder)
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Garlic cloves
- 2 Stück Carrots
- 500 ml Broth (vegetable or beef)
- 250 ml Beer (Helles)
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- 2. Rub the meat thoroughly with salt and pepper on all sides.
- 3. Chop the onion and garlic roughly and place them in a roasting pan with the carrots.
- 4. Place the meat on top of the vegetables and pour beer and broth over it.
- 5. Roast for about 2-2.5 hours in the oven, basting regularly with the sauce.
- 6. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before serving.
