  3. 3. Slice onions into rings and spread them on the bottom of the roasting pan.
  4. 4. Place the roast on top of the onions and pour in the broth.
  5. 5. Roast in the oven for about 1.5 hours until the crust is crispy.
  6. 6. Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before serving.
