🍖 Crispy Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 1 kg pork roast
- 2 onions
- 4 Zehen garlic
- 1 EL caraway seeds
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 500 ml broth
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Rub the pork roast with garlic, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Slice onions into rings and spread them on the bottom of the roasting pan.
- 4. Place the roast on top of the onions and pour in the broth.
- 5. Roast in the oven for about 1.5 hours until the crust is crispy.
- 6. Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before serving.
