🍖 Pork Roast with Dumplings

Ingredients
- 600 g pork roast
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 100 g celery
- 500 ml broth
- 4 dumplings
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 2. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Sear in a roasting pan.
- 3. Add onion, carrots, and celery and briefly sauté.
- 4. Deglaze with broth and roast in the oven for about 1.5 hours.
- 5. Prepare dumplings according to package instructions.
- 6. Slice the meat and serve with the dumplings.
