🍖 Pork Roast with Dark Beer Sauce

Ingredients
- 600 g Pork Roast
- 300 ml Dark Beer
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Thyme
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
- 250 ml Broth
Instructions
- 1. Season the pork roast with salt and pepper.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 3. Sear the meat in a roasting pan, add onion and garlic.
- 4. Deglaze with dark beer and broth, add thyme.
- 5. Cook at 160°C for 2 hours.
- 6. Slice and serve with sauce.
