Ingredients
- 600 g pork shoulder
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 TL thyme
- 1 TL rosemary
- 300 ml broth
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
- 2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- 3. Heat oil in a roasting pan and brown the meat on all sides.
- 4. Add onion and garlic, sauté briefly.
- 5. Pour in broth and roast in the oven for 1.5 hours.
