  2. 2. Beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy.
  3. 3. Crumble chocolate biscuits and fold in.
  4. 4. Pour into a greased springform and bake for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Let the cake cool and then slice it in half.
  6. 6. Whip cream with vanilla sugar until stiff, fold in cherry brandy.
  7. 7. Layer the bottom with cherries and cream, place the top layer on.
  8. 8. Decorate with melted chocolate.
