🍰 Black Forest Cake

Ingredients
- 300 g cherries
- 200 g chocolate biscuits
- 400 ml cream
- 100 g sugar
- 4 EL cherry brandy
- 1 Päckchen vanilla sugar
- 50 g chocolate
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy.
- 3. Crumble chocolate biscuits and fold in.
- 4. Pour into a greased springform and bake for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Let the cake cool and then slice it in half.
- 6. Whip cream with vanilla sugar until stiff, fold in cherry brandy.
- 7. Layer the bottom with cherries and cream, place the top layer on.
- 8. Decorate with melted chocolate.
