🍳 Black Forest Omelet with Ham-Cheese Nest

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 20 g Butter
- 80 g Cooked ham cubes
- 50 g Shredded Gouda cheese
- 100 g Fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 10 g Chives (chopped)
- 1 Messerspitze Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl until creamy, do not over-whisk.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter.
- 3. Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry for 2 minutes until soft.
- 4. Pour the egg mixture over the mushrooms and stir briefly to form a layer.
- 5. Sprinkle the ham and cheese over one half of the egg.
- 6. Fold the other half of the egg over the filling, cover the lid, and let it set for 3 minutes.
- 7. Remove the omelet from the pan, sprinkle with chives, and serve immediately.
