Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 200 g Squid
- 100 g Shrimp
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 EL Squid Ink
- 3 EL Olive Oil
- 500 ml Broth
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice garlic and bell pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a paella pan and sauté garlic and bell pepper.
- 3. Add tomatoes and let simmer.
- 4. Add rice and broth and stir.
- 5. Add squid pieces and ink.
- 6. Cook until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper, serve.
