Ingredients
- 250 g Wheat flour
- 3 Stück Eggs
- 100 ml Water
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 Prise Nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Combine flour, eggs, water, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- 2. Stir the dough until it is thick and smooth.
- 3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 4. Use a spaetzle maker to drop the dough into the boiling water.
- 5. Cook the spätzle for about 2-3 minutes until they float to the surface.
- 6. Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain.
