Ingredients
- 200g All-purpose flour
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 100ml Milk
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 Prise Nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, salt, and nutmeg into a smooth batter.
- 2. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 4. Use a spaetzle maker to push the batter into the boiling water.
- 5. Once the spaetzle float to the top, they are done. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
- 6. Serve the spaetzle as desired, e.g., with butter and Parmesan.
