Ingredients
- 150 g Vanilla ice cream
- 80 ml Espresso
- 100 ml Sparkling water
- 15 ml Elderflower syrup
- 2 Stk Fresh mint
Instructions
- 1. Place the vanilla ice cream into a deep bowl or glass.
- 2. Brew the espresso fresh and let it cool briefly so it does not melt the ice cream before you pour it.
- 3. Mix the cold sparkling water with the elderflower syrup in a small pitcher.
- 4. Pour the coffee slowly over the ice cream to create a beautiful layered effect.
- 5. Pour the elderflower spritzer carefully next to or over the coffee, depending on how much you want the carbonated texture to show. Garnish the dessert with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.
