  2. 2. Separate the eggs. Add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate and stir.
  3. 3. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4. Whip the cold cream until stiff.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites and the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture in stages.
  6. 6. Fill the mousse into small glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
