🥗 Chocolate Éclair

Ingredients
- 125 ml Water
- 50 g butter
- 75 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g Sugar
- 100 g Chocolate
- 100 ml Cream
Instructions
- 1. Bring water and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
- 2. Add the flour all at once and stir until a firm dough forms.
- 3. Stir in the eggs one at a time until the dough is smooth.
- 4. Pipe the dough and bake in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
- 5. Whip the cream and mix with melted chocolate.
- 6. Fill the éclairs with the chocolate cream and decorate with chocolate.
