  2. 2. Add the flour all at once and stir until a firm dough forms.
  3. 3. Stir in the eggs one at a time until the dough is smooth.
  4. 4. Pipe the dough and bake in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
  5. 5. Whip the cream and mix with melted chocolate.
  6. 6. Fill the éclairs with the chocolate cream and decorate with chocolate.
