🍫 Airy Chocolate Mousse with Mint Notes

Ingredients
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 20 g Sugar
- 2 Tropfen Mint extract
- 1 Prise Salt
Instructions
- 1. Melt the chocolate gently in a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
- 2. Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg yolks with the chocolate and salt.
- 3. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add the sugar and mint extract.
- 4. Whip the cream until stiff. Gently fold the cream into the chocolate mixture.
- 5. Gently fold in the egg whites to maintain fluffiness. Chill for 2 hours.
