🍫 Fest Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 100 g Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 2 Stk. Eggs (Size M)
- 100 ml Heavy Cream (30% fat)
- 15 g Sugar
- 1 Prise Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop chocolate and melt in a bowl over a bain-marie. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 2. Separate eggs. Stir egg yolks into the melted chocolate.
- 3. Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
- 4. Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar until glossy peaks form.
- 5. Gently fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- 6. Gently fold in egg whites until no white streaks remain.
- 7. Fill mousse into four glasses. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
