  4. 4. Slice the banana into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Melt the chocolate carefully in a double boiler or microwave.
  6. 6. Spread each finished crêpe thinly with nougat cream, place banana slices on top, and roll them up.
  7. 7. Drizzle the filled crêpes with the melted chocolate and serve immediately.
