🍫 Chocolate Hazelnut Crêpes with Banana

Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 2 Stk Eggs
- 300 ml Milk
- 15 g Sugar
- 20 g Butter (melted)
- 50 g Dark Chocolate
- 40 g Hazelnut Nougat Cream
- 1 Stk Banana
Instructions
- 1. Whisk flour, eggs, half the milk, sugar, and melted butter into a smooth batter.
- 2. Stir in the remaining milk until the batter is thin. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 3. Warm a little butter in a non-stick pan and fry thin crêpes for about 1 minute on each side.
- 4. Slice the banana into thin rounds.
- 5. Melt the chocolate carefully in a double boiler or microwave.
- 6. Spread each finished crêpe thinly with nougat cream, place banana slices on top, and roll them up.
- 7. Drizzle the filled crêpes with the melted chocolate and serve immediately.
