🥗 Pork Schnitzel with Herb Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Stück Pork (for schnitzel)
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 50 g Flour
- 2 EL Olive oil
- eine Handvoll Mixed herbs (parsley, chives)
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Flatten the schnitzels and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Dredge each schnitzel in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- 3. Fry in a pan with oil until golden brown.
- 4. Chop herbs and dress with a bit of oil.
- 5. Plate schnitzels and serve with herb salad.
- 6. Optional serve with lemon.
