🍗 Quick Sliced Chicken with Mustard Cream

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 200 ml Heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
- 2 EL Dijon mustard
- 2 Stk Onions
- 30 g Butter
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice the onions finely.
- 2. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- 3. Heat butter and oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- 4. Sear the chicken strips for 5 minutes until brown. Remove them from the pan.
- 5. Sweat the onions in the same pan for 3 minutes until soft.
- 6. Reduce heat to low. Stir in mustard and cream into the onions.
- 7. Let the sauce simmer gently for 3 minutes until it thickens.
- 8. Return the chicken to the pan and mix with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- 9. Serve the dish warm.
