Ingredients
- 1 Bell pepper
- 150 g Broccoli
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 2 Spring onions
Instructions
- 1. Chop the vegetables.
- 2. Finely chop garlic and ginger.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan.
- 4. Sauté garlic and ginger.
- 5. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- 6. Add soy sauce and stir.
- 7. Serve and enjoy!
