🥘 Quick Spinach Chickpea Pan

Ingredients
- 400 g Chickpeas (canned, drained)
- 250 g Spinach (frozen or fresh)
- 2 Stück Onions
- 3 Stück Garlic cloves
- 200 ml Coconut milk (can, small)
- 2 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté them in the pan with olive oil.
- 2. Add the drained chickpeas and paprika powder and stir briefly.
- 3. Pour in the coconut milk and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the spinach and let it wilt for 2 minutes.
- 5. Season with salt to taste and serve the dish warm.
