🍳 Quick Paprika-Pepper Pan with Paprika Powder

Ingredients
- 2 Stk. Onions
- 300 g Bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 400 g Meat frankfurters
- 2 EL Sweet paprika powder
- 30 g Cooking butter
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop the onions and bell peppers into small cubes.
- 2. Slice the meat frankfurters into 1 cm thick rounds.
- 3. Heat the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- 4. Add the onions and pepper pieces and fry for 5 minutes until soft.
- 5. Add the sausage slices and fry for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Sprinkle the paprika powder over it, stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper and serve the dish directly from the pan.
