Ingredients
- 600 g Beef mince
- 2 Stk. Onions
- 300 g Bell peppers (mixed)
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 150 g Ham cubes
- 120 g Cheese (Gouda or Cheddar)
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop the onions and bell peppers into small cubes.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and brown the beef mince.
- 3. Add the onion and pepper cubes and sauté them for 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the canned tomatoes and ham. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- 6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and cover the pan until the cheese melts.
