  1. 1. Wash the chicken fillet and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. Wash the vegetables, remove the core and seeds, and cut them into cubes as well.
  3. 3. Press the garlic through a press or chop it finely.
  4. 4. Mix the honey, soy sauce, and garlic into a sauce in a small bowl.
  5. 5. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Fry the chicken for about 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. 7. Add the vegetables and fry for another 4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  8. 8. Pour the honey sauce over the chicken and vegetables and stir for 1 minute until the sauce thickens.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
